I am recruiting on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner who are looking to recruit for a ServiceNow Solution Architect with experience with Strategic Portfolio Management.
This role will require you to use your technical knowledge alongside your experience of stakeholder management to drive success across the full SPM project lifecycle.
This role is remote, but there will be occasional client site travel.
You will be tasked with:
· Translating complex business requirements and leading the architecture and design of ServiceNow SPM solutions, in line with customer needs and requirements.
· Supporting pre-sales activities including solution shaping, proposal development, and customer presentations.
· Providing architectural oversight and governance across multiple workstreams.
· Supporting clients throughout transformation journeys and helping them maximise ROI from the ServiceNow platform.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
· Proven experience in a ServiceNow Architect role with experience in delivering SPM implementations.
· Certified ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) or Technical Architect (CTA) desirable, however equivalent experience or skills are also valued.
· Knowledge and experience of integrations with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, and SAP.
· Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), Agile delivery methodologies, and ITIL practices
