ServiceNow Engagement Manager Remote working (UK) Salary up to £75k. I am working with a global ServiceNow partner who is looking to grow their team here in the UK ahead of 2025. The ServiceNow Engagement Manager role will see you play a pivotal role in end-to-end project delivery, calling on your project management skills and your ServiceNow platform knowledge throughout. You will need to be a subject matter expert who puts the client and the outcome first. Responsibilities will include but aren’t limited to: * Being responsible for the overall project delivery. To include project planning, implementation consulting, tracking the statement of work, resource allocation, escalation management, while acting as a single point of contact for the ServiceNow implementation project. * Liaising with stakeholders and conducting workshops to understand requirements, and facilitate stakeholder acceptance of deliverables * Supporting the process for preparation of bids for major new work and frequently takes the leading role in client presentations. * Driving the continuous improvements of methodology and service offerings based on client experience. Including, identifying gaps between actuals and plan of record, proposing solutions and driving resolutions. Experience required: * 5+ years project management/project leadership. * 2+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow. * Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one module and/or Certified System Administrator (CSA). * PMI PMP Certification preferred. * Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or similar preferred
