My client is looking to add a ServiceNow Architect to their team to help deliver new processes, features and improvements across the platform. We are looking for experience in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.
Responsibilities
- Leading the overall design of large-scale ServiceNow applications, delivering high-value technical solutions.
- Managing upgrade cycles and implementing new functionalities to enhance user experience.
- Continuously improving ServiceNow capabilities and proposing integrations with other tools.
- Running architecture governance processes, shaping the architectural strategy to align with business objectives.
- Delivering on ITIL processes and ServiceNow solutions.
- Working closely with stakeholders, team members, and clients, offering expert input and guiding junior members.
- Participating in Design Authority meetings to review and approve technical solutions.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge and experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, particularly in ITSM, CSM, ITOM, FSM, and Domain Separation.
- Experience and knowledge with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) - advantageous.
- Experience in an enterprise environment with multiple integration points
