The role is remote but could involve some travel to site in Kansas. The role will require security clearance, so ideally you will have this in place now, or you will be a US citizen to enable this to be processed.
Initially we require you to provide a full review of the client s current ticketing system, down to code & customization. Once assessed, you will provide full life cycle guidance and support on either a repair project or a restart.
