I am recruiting for a Senior ServiceNow Engagement Manager on behalf of a leading ServiceNow partner. This role is ideal for an experienced ServiceNow Engagement Manager seeking career progression, additional accountability, and an opportunity to help manage and train junior Engagement Managers. This role will see you play an integral part in the success and continued growth of the company throughout 2026.

You will also be expected to:

  • Work with relevant resources to define project scope and deliverables and facilitate stakeholder acceptance of deliverables
  • Complete or update project documentation, and store appropriately
  • Provide technical coordination and project leadership for consulting staff
  • Ensure projects are securely delivered and fulfil client expectations
  • Identify opportunities for enhancements to standards and processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer project interaction
  • Maintain professional, quality interactions with customers at all times
  • Provide accountability for end-to-end project financials, and partner with the accounting team on project reporting
  • Execute Change Orders to add, remove, or change requirements (and associated costs) for the Statement of Work
  • Other duties as assigned

To be successful you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager
  • ServiceNow experience of ITSM, ITOM & CSM (HRSD would also be advisable)
  • Commercially astute, able to articulate the value of solutions to prospects and customers and to leverage this to drive maximum revenue opportunity
  • Strong knowledge of and qualifications in ITIL and Project Management methodologies
  • Degree or equivalent, and proven experience in technical and/or service delivery roles
