I am recruiting on behalf of a leading Service Now Partner looking to add a Service Now Architect with a background in HR to their team.
The role would suit someone with a strong technical background across HRSD and CSM, combined with the stakeholder management skills to lead complex Service Now programmes from initial design through to delivery.
Key responsibilities include
- Leading the architecture and design of Service Now solutions based on complex business requirements.
- Supporting pre-sales activity including solution shaping, proposals and customer presentations.
- Defining and governing integrations between Service Now and external platforms such as SAP, CRM and third-party systems.
- Providing technical direction across design, development and deployment teams.
- Advising on security and identity integrations including SSO, SAML and OAuth.
- Ensuring solutions remain aligned with Service Now best practice and wider architectural standards.
What we're looking for
- Strong Service Now architecture or senior technical consulting experience.
- Proven delivery experience across HRSD and CSM.
- Experience working with complex enterprise customers and senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of integrations, security and identity management.
- Familiarity with domain separation and multi-tenant Service Now environments. xgikmsk
