My client, a global IT services consultancy, is recruiting for a ServiceNow Sales Specialist to drive business development efforts and expand their existing customer base, with the focus on ServiceNow. They are looking for someone who can build quick traction, to achieve quick wins but also someone who can build an ongoing relationship with clients to sell genuine solutions.
Role Responsibilities
- Business Development & New Client Acquisition: Identifying and engaging potential clients to drive new business opportunities for ServiceNow solutions, from go to market strategies to end-to-end sales cycles.
- Account Growth & Cross-Selling: Nurturing existing relationships to introduce ServiceNow to maximize account value. Identifying opportunities to expand ServiceNow adoption via additional solutions.
- Consultative Selling & Relationship Management: Acting as a trusted advisor to clients and potential clients, to gather requirements, to understand their business challenges and align ServiceNow solutions to their needs. Long term account management to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaboration & Internal Coordination: Working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and delivery teams to create proposals and presentations. Partnering with ServiceNow's resource to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications And Skills
- 6+ years in enterprise sales, account management, or business development.
- ServiceNow experience, HRSD, SPM, or CSM exposure preferred.
- Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate new business, manage complex sales cycles, and close high-value deals.
