1st Line Support Engineer – Barnsley My client is seeking a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join their Service Desk team, providing technical support to an inhouse team as well as their clients. You will assist with a variety of Internet, Cloud, telephone, CRM systems, and on-site. Experience in similar role for around one year would be ideal. Key Tasks and Responsibilities * Helping sort laptops/Toughbook’s for field staff * Sorting IT for new starters and leavers * App support, setting log-ins, helping with queries on timesheets * Sending out equipment, working through tickets and general enquiries. * Office administration, 365 knowledge, * Confident communicator and phone handler. * Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or similar role (ideally 6 months+) * Confident troubleshooting * Excellent time management skills. Based on site in Barnsley this role is ideal for a customer-focused individual.
