Service Now Solution (Pre-Sales) Consultant
Salary up to £110k.
Our client, an established Service Now Partner, is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to support continued growth.
You’ll work closely with sales, technical and delivery teams to shape solutions, support bids and demonstrate the value of Service Now to new and existing customers.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify and shape Service Now opportunities across Professional and Managed Services.
- Support RFI/RFP and bid responses, translating customer requirements into compelling solutions.
- Lead discovery sessions and identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation and improved customer experience.
- Deliver tailored Service Now demos, workshops and presentations.
- Translate business and technical requirements into clear, commercially relevant solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, delivery teams and Service Now stakeholders.
- Stay current with Service Now capabilities, releases, best practice and market developments.
What You’ll Need
- Strong Service Now pre-sales, solution consulting or advisory experience.
- Excellent knowledge of ITSM and the wider Service Now platform such as ITAM, ITOM, IRM, HRSD, CSM & FSM.
- Service Now and/or ITIL certifications.
- Confident customer-facing communication, presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to run discovery sessions and articulate technical solutions in terms of business value.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and solution design capability.
- Experience with integrations, complementary technologies or Enterprise Architecture.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally when required.
