Salary up to 80k, dependent on experience. My clients pre-sales team are looking to hire. We are looking for someone with ServiceNow knowledge who is customer centric (this doesn't have to be in a pre-sales role), this is a challenging customer facing role.
In this pivotal role you will be tasked with conveying the value of the ServiceNow Platform to prospective and existing customers, to achieve business objectives and resolving business issues. You will be involved in all areas of pre-sales from bids through to initiation and will involve tasks such as Request for Information, requirement gathering & demonstrations.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Working with customers to identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and experience via ensuring they are maximising the use the ServiceNow platform to suit their individual needs.
- Demonstrating the ServiceNow platform, showcasing its abilities and ways it can be used in line with requirements both onsite and via remote sessions.
- Sharing practical experiences in delivering ServiceNow with prospects and existing customers to demonstrate the partners credibility and expertise.
- Generation of product demo scripts and scenarios and maintaining demonstration environments.
- Supporting responses to Request for Information/Proposal documents.
- Staying current on product developments/releases to a level required for demo and product knowledge.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- Experience of working on ServiceNow projects in a client facing role (Pre-sales experience is advantageous).
- Knowledge of IT Service Management, processes, and best practice; ITIL foundation and beyond is beneficial.
- Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation and managing client and stakeholders.
