The Role

You’ll provide technical support and guidance to clients using Sage 200 and associated add-ons, helping them get the most from their systems. The role involves troubleshooting issues, resolving support tickets, testing bespoke solutions, and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Person fit

  • Solid experience supporting Sage 200 (finance, commercials, manufacturing, CRM)
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 add-ons such as Sicon, Draycir, Eureka, or CIM
  • Strong troubleshooting and SQL/database skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Sage certifications are a plus
