Hybrid working, London 2/3 times per week. Salary up to 90k. My client is looking for a skilled Cisco networking professional to join their expanding team, acting as the highest technical escalation point for complex network and security issues across our managed customer base.

You'll take ownership of major incidents, deliver network projects, perform root cause analysis, and support cutting-edge Cisco technologies including ISE, DNA Center, Wireless, Security, and Automation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Resolving complex 3rd line network and security incidents
  • Supporting Cisco ISE, DNA Center and Wireless environments
  • Delivering network upgrades, migrations and security projects
  • Managing firmware lifecycles and disaster recovery testing
  • Producing RCA documentation for major incidents
  • Acting as a technical SME and mentoring junior engineers
  • Working closely with customers, vendors and internal teams
  • Participating in an on-call rota for critical incidents

What We're Looking For

  • Strong Cisco networking experience (CCNP level or above)
  • Expertise in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, VLANs and STP
  • Experience with Cisco SD-WAN and Cisco ISE, DNA Center and Wireless solutions
  • Knowledge of NGFW platforms such as Cisco Firepower, Palo Alto or Fortinet
  • Network automation using Ansible and/or Python
  • Azure or AWS networking knowledge
  • Experience within an MSP environment
