We are partnering with a growing technology consulting practice to recruit an experienced NetSuite Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of ERP implementation projects across a diverse client base. This is a hybrid opportunity with flexibility around office attendance across the Midlands region. This is a hands-on client-facing position where you'll lead NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through to go-live and post-implementation support. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure solutions and ensure successful ERP delivery that drives real business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite implementation projects end-to-end
- Run client workshops to gather requirements and map business processes
- Produce project documentation including requirements, process maps and solution designs
- Configure NetSuite solutions using best practice approaches
- Support integrations with third-party platforms including CRM, eCommerce and reporting tools
- Manage data migration activities, validation and reconciliation processes
- Lead testing phases including UAT and issue resolution
- Deliver user training and support change adoption activities
- Coordinate go-live planning and post-implementation support
- Support pre-sales activities including scoping, proposals and solution demonstrations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, partners and client stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience delivering NetSuite implementation projects
- Experience leading ERP implementation workstreams
- Strong requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills
- Good understanding of ERP processes
- Experience with integrations, testing and data migration activities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage project scope, timelines and client expectations
- Strong documentation and organisational skills
Desirable Experience
- Experience within consultancy or client-facing environments
- Broader ERP or technology consulting experience
