As Website Content Coordinator you’ll be the go-to guru for maintaining and enhancing the visual, functional, and content-driven aspects of multiple websites. You'll juggle SEO optimisation, content creation, seasonal banners, stock updates, and more—all with a flair that gets attention.

What You’ll Be Doing in this Website Content Coordinator role?

  • Website Maintenance & Communication
    • Liaise with backend developers on technical issues and platform improvements
    • Manage weekly stock data updates across all brand websites
    • Remove discontinued products based on updated catalogues and pricing
  • Content Creation & Uploads
    • Create and upload engaging, SEO-optimised product and brand content
    • Design seasonal homepage banners (think Christmas sparkle and Mother’s Day charm)
    • Update brand/category visuals and promotional graphics
  • Performance & Optimisation
    • Use A/B testing to refine content strategy
    • Optimise existing content for SEO and UX across desktop, mobile, and tablet
    • Help boost online visibility and elevate digital brand voice

What We’re Looking For in this Website Content Coordinator Role?

  • Proven experience in website content creation and publishing
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
  • Adobe Photoshop skills
  • A good grasp of SEO and analytics tools
  • Confidence working with backend developers on technical integrations
  • Competence in Excel and handling product data via CSV
