Account Manager | Stratford-upon-Avon | £27,500–£35,000 + Bonus
Arden Personnel is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing, well-established business in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a customer service, retail or hospitality background who's looking to build a genuine career, with full on-the-job training and clear progression on offer.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a small portfolio of client accounts as their dedicated point of contact
- Building strong working relationships and delivering excellent customer service
- Liaising with a range of stakeholders to ensure requirements and commitments are met
- Getting to grips with customer needs and the wider industry context
- Using data analysis to explain complex information back to customers clearly
- Spotting opportunities for service improvement and driving them forward
- Managing deadlines with a high level of accuracy
What we're looking for:
- Strong customer service experience — retail, hospitality or office-based
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A genuinely customer-focused approach
- Confidence picking up technical information quickly
- Solid IT skills, particularly Excel
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Strong planning, scheduling and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence

- £27,500–£35,000 depending on experience
- Up to 10% bonus
