About the Role

Are you an organised and reliable administrator available immediately near Redditch? We're recruiting a Temporary Administrator / Customer Service Assistant to join a vibrant, fast-growing print and display company in Redditch on an interim basis. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, varied admin role supporting a close-knit team. You'll be covering an existing position, so the ability to hit the ground running is key — but you'll have a supportive team around you from day one.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing admin support to the client services and operations team
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring a high standard of customer service
  • Coordinating and updating production schedules and job records
  • Raising and processing purchase orders using internal systems
  • Supporting with supplier communications and arranging logistics/couriers
  • General data entry and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Solid administration experience with excellent attention to detail
  • Good customer service and communication skills — written and verbal
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with databases or scheduling systems is a bonus

  • Available immediately or at very short notice
  • Commutable distance to Redditch, Worcestershire
