Arden Personnel is proud to be recruiting for a growing manufacturing business that has recently expanded. They’re now looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join their team and help drive the next phase of growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a hands-on approach, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing in this Production Operative Role
- Operating a variety of machinery including die-cutting, tape slitting, box making, and digital printing
- Producing packaging materials to meet customer specifications
- Supporting logistics by loading HGVs for daily deliveries
- Performing quality checks and maintaining production records
- Reporting faults and maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For in this Production Operative Role
- Engineering or mechanical mindset with relevant experience
- Valid counterbalance forklift licence
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent timekeeping and communication skills
- Ability to meet targets and contribute to continuous improvement
- Flexible, positive attitude and a strong team ethic
