Project / Launch Manager – Automotive Industry
Location:Redditch

We’re looking for an experienced Project / Launch Manager who can take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and on budget – all while keeping customers (internal and external) delighted.
Project Manager, what you’ll be doing:

Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that drive business success.

Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets – and making sure they’re met.

Coordinating internal teams and external partners for flawless execution.

Managing project changes with a calm, controlled approach.
-
Measuring performance, analysing risks, and always looking for continuous improvements.

Being the central point of communication for stakeholders at all levels.
Project Manager, what we’re looking for:

Minimum 10 years’ automotive experience (non-negotiable) – ideally in a similar role.

A natural leader with a strong character and outstanding organisational skills.

Someone who’s confident communicating at the highest level and thrives in a customer-facing environment.

Proven track record in logistics, project management, and continuous improvement.
-
CAD experience desirable but not essential.
Project Manager, the practical bits:

Monday–Friday, 08:00–16:30 (½ hour break)

Some weekend work during busy periods.
-
25 days holiday + bank holidays (with the option to buy up to 5 extra days).
