We are recruiting for a creative and organised Marketing Coordinator to join a forward-thinking business in Alcester. This is a broad, varied role perfect for a marketing professional who loves seeing a project through from concept to completion whether that’s launching a new brochure or managing a trade show.
You will act as the brand guardian, ensuring all external communications are polished, consistent, and delivered on time.
Core Responsibilities (The Scope)
- Content & Brand Management: Supporting the creation of high-quality marketing collateral (brochures, technical documents, product sheets) and ensuring strict brand consistency.
- Event Management: Taking ownership of the logistics for exhibitions, trade shows, and customer events, ensuring the business stands out in a crowded market.
- Vendor & Project Coordination: Acting as the primary liaison for external creative partners (designers, printers) and internal stakeholders to keep deadlines on track.
- Marketing Operations: Managing the "engine room" of the department including literature libraries, promotional stock, sample management, and market research.
- Digital Support: Assisting with website content updates and social media scheduling where required.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Proven experience in a Marketing Assistant, Coordinator, or Administrator role.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential. Familiarity with design tools like Canva or Publisher would be a distinct advantage.
- Attributes: You are a natural planner who can juggle multiple deadlines without losing attention to detail.
