Our client, a dynamic and growing logistics company in Redditch, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join their Time Critical team on a permanent night shift.
If you have experience in European Transport Planning and are looking for a role that offers a balanced 4 on 4 off lifestyle, this is the opportunity for you.
Your Duties
- Managing time-critical customer orders by phone and email.
- Quoting for Airfreight, Road, and Hand Carry solutions.
- Sourcing suppliers and tracking shipments across the UK and Europe.
- Resolving issues such as line stoppages and ensuring accurate administrative close-out of jobs.
Requirements
- Must have: European planning experience within the freight forwarding industry.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently at night.
- Computer literate and financially aware (profit maximisation).
Package
- Schedule: 4 on / 4 off (7 pm - 7 am).
- Pay: Competitive Salary + 10% Shift Allowance.
- Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays, pension, and holiday purchase scheme.
