About the Role
Our client is a specialist manufacturer supplying the hotel and retail sectors. They are looking for a construction, building or surveying graduate to learn how their products are delivered and fitted on site, and to grow into running the installation side of the business, supported by the Operations Director.
Location: Redditch, Worcestershire (B98). The role is based in Redditch and is suitable for graduates living across north Worcestershire and Warwickshire.
Responsibilities
- Plan installations, building schedules, set milestones and keep work on time and on budget
- Coordinate fitting teams, technicians, deliveries and subcontractors to keep jobs running smoothly
- Join pre‑ and post‑installation site visits to assess requirements and spot issues before they cause delays
- Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety requirements
- Support client communication, keeping everyone updated on progress
- Take ownership of projects, lead the installation team, and price tenders and quotations as you develop
Qualifications
- Degree in construction, building, surveying or a related subject
- Organised, logical and enjoys solving problems
- Confident communicator, happy speaking with clients and colleagues
- Willing to travel to sites across Worcestershire and Warwickshire for surveys and sign‑offs
- Can read technical drawings or is keen to learn (CAD experience is a plus)
- Any hands‑on experience in hotel, retail, shopfitting or fit‑out installations is an advantage and may be reflected in salary
