Customer Data Analyst
Near Redditch
Temporary: 12 months
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour plus holiday pay
Hours: 30 hours per week / 9:00am–3:00pm, with flexibility
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, checking and uploading customer data files into internal systems
- Recording stock movements accurately and resolving any rejected files
- Contacting customers by email and telephone about file rejections and data queries
- Creating and maintaining matching tables so data is assigned correctly
- Checking customer data for quality, accuracy and timely submission
- Keeping customer process records and flow charts up to date
- Supporting wider team projects as needed
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in data entry, data processing or administration is useful but not essential, as full training is provided
- Confident working with computer systems and handling large volumes of information
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Confident using Microsoft 365, especially Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English
- Well organised, and comfortable dealing with customers by phone and email
