Are you a commercially driven, analytical thinker with a passion for revenue growth and online sales? Do you have a proven track record of managing OTA channels and delivering exceptional events? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
We are seeking aSales & RevenueManagerto join our dynamic team and take ownership of our commercial strategy – from room revenue to events. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping both the financial performance and guest experience across our hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise room revenueacross all distribution channels, with a strong focus onOTA performance(e.g. Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda)
- Analyse market trends, competitor rates, and demand to inform pricing and yield strategies
- Manage OTA content, availability, and rate parity to ensure visibility and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA account managers
- Lead onconference and events (C&E) sales, responding to enquiries and converting bookings for meetings, private events, and special occasions
- Collaborate with the kitchen and operations teams todevelop creative menusanddeliver exceptional eventsthat reflect our brand and exceed guest expectations
- Support in the planning and execution of bespoke functions, weddings, and corporate bookings
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly revenue and events performance reports to senior management
- Work cross-functionally with the marketing, reservations, and F&B teams to align all commercial activity
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in aRevenue Management,Sales, orC&E Salesrole within the hospitality sector
- Strong understanding ofOTA platformsand digital distribution strategies
- Hands‑on experience inconference and event planning and sales
- Commercially minded with the ability to turn insight into action
- Knowledge of RMS, PMS, and channel manager systems
- Creative flair when it comes to event offerings and menu collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self‑starter with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
