We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead and inspire our sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-impact retailer relationships, and partnering with leading global brands. You’ll be at the forefront of building and elevating our brand presence across international markets, particularly in Paris, New York, and Milan. As a passionate advocate for product and people, you will be instrumental in aligning our sales strategy with broader business goals, and in cultivating a high-performance team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Work with senior management to develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with company growth targets.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15 sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Retail Relationships: Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key retail partners to optimize performance and expand market share.
  • Brand Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with global brands, ensuring alignment and excitement on goals, growth, and collaborative opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandising, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution of internal initiatives.
