We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and strategic Sales Director to lead and inspire our sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, managing high-impact retailer relationships, and partnering with leading global brands. You\’ll be at the forefront of building and elevating our brand presence across international markets, particularly in Paris, New York, and Milan. As a passionate advocate for product and people, you will be instrumental in aligning our sales strategy with broader business goals, and in cultivating a high-performance team culture.Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Work with senior management to develop and implement a forward-thinking sales strategy aligned with company growth targetsTeam Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 15 sales professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Retail Relationships: Build and maintain strong, influential relationships with key retail partners to optimize performance and expand market share.Brand Partnerships: Develop and nurture strategic relationships with global brands, ensuring alignment and excitement on goals, growth, and collaborative opportunities.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Merchandising, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution of internal & external initiatives.Market Expansion: Take a hands‐on role in developing our presence in domestic & international markets, by guiding strategy and leading key initiatives.Product Passion: Serve as an ambassador for our products, bringing enthusiasm and deep understanding to both internal teams and external partners.Frequent Travel: Leading the sales team with a passion for frequent travel internationallyTraining & Events: Represent the brand at staff training sessions, brand events, and retail activations across global marketsBudgets Work with MD + CD: Establish comprehensive sales budgets across brands to drive revenue growth.Execute strategic plan: Achieve and exceed budget.Develop accurate sales forecasts and regular reports: Provide insight into sales performance, market trends, and potential risks.Retailers Build, maintain and manage direct relationships: With all top tier accounts worldwide.Identify potential new accounts: That align with our brand\’s positioning and target customer demographics.Negotiate strong terms: With all retail partners to maximize profitability and mitigate risks.Collaborate closely with key accounts and Design team: To develop and execute tailored strategies, such as pop-ups, shop fits to drive revenue, brand awareness and market share.Drive exclusive projects: And engage Merchandising team to ensure strong and effective execution.Develop and execute efficient international travel strategy: Both alongside and separate to market.Brands Working closely with the Sales Managers: Build strong relationships with brands – ensuring regular communication and useful feedback is shared between sales teams across brands.Showroom and Appointments Be present and always conduct yourself in a professional manner: As a representation of the Agency in as many key appointments as possible.Ensure the team are trained and can sell at a high standard: To the company expected standards.Ensure brands are across the showroom schedule and showroom payments are made promptly.Monitor and identify opportunities for sales / trade shows: Outside of regular markets.Team Management Be an Arddun Agency ambassador: Role modelling and exampling company core values at all times.Motivate and nurture the team: Ensuring they are getting all training required to support company and personal objectives.Collaborate with department managers across finance, marketing, merchandising and operations: To ensure company objectives are achieved.
