Key Responsibilities:
- Drive in-season trade across brand portfolio, in collaboration with the Sales Team, by analysing sell-through data and liaising between retailers and brands to chase demand.
- Gather data lead insights from reporting to inform seasonal planning and feedback across key product attributes, tailored to each brand.
- Deliver comprehensive end-of-season commentary to summarise market performance, offering actionable insights to support product development.
- Build tailored reporting and performance tracking tools to support commercial decisions and sales conversations.
- Become an expert across brand portfolio in terms of ranges, pricing structure, categories and be aware of the competitive market.
- Collaborate with each brand to define competitive target RRPs that align with market expectations and sales performance.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, PR, and Design teams to ensure alignment and execution of internal & external initiatives.
- Support the Collections Manager with range planning and provide insightful product feedback to shape future assortments.
This candidate will have the following experience:
- 4+ years' experience in merchandising within the fashion industry - working in-house, at an agency, or retailer.
- Preferred experience within luxury fashion.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Hyper awareness of the luxury fashion market, brands, trends, and global affairs.
- Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
- Ability to manage and organise workload within a fast-paced environment.
This will be office-based 4 days a week with 1 day WFH.
