About the Role
We are looking for a Wholesale Admin Temp to support the sales team during market periods through real-time order entry into JOOR across multiple fashion brands.
This is a fast-paced, admin-focused role working alongside an established wholesale operations team. Accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. This role would suit someone between jobs, a recent graduate, or a university student with full-time availability during the contract period.
Key Responsibilities
- Input wholesale orders into JOOR in real time during appointments
- Support the sales team with general wholesale administration
- Ensure all orders are entered accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the wider admin team to manage workload during busy market periods
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Fast andaccuratedata entry skills
- Organised and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time availability fortheduration of the contract
- Experience using JOOR is ideal.
