We are looking to hire a New Business Development Manager to join our London based team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in identifying new market opportunities, cultivating prospects, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You'll be at the forefront of building and elevating our brand presence across domestic and international markets.

What you will do:

  • Work closely with the directors of the company to develop a robust new business pipeline, generating new revenue streams
  • Translate agency objectives into yearly plans - identifying particular brands, the type of work we can offer, and a plan to target the desired client list.
  • Develop and build pitch documents to be presented to prospective clients.
  • Work closely with agency departments across both London and New York, across Wholesale, Retail, Merchandising to seek opportunities to develop incremental revenue streams for existing departments.
  • Work collaboratively to onboard new partners seamlessly.
  • Work closely with the BI team to use data and insights within new business development.
  • Proactively push projects forward and keep the business updated with regular status updates.
