ArddunAgency are looking for a Junior Designer with a strong background in graphic design, who can also support on 3D spatial design for retail pop-ups and shop fits. This role is a unique mix of design, spatial thinking, and production within a fast‑paced, evolving agency.
You’ll work across the Agency's in‑house design needs, helping shape presentations, printed assets, and showroom visuals; while also supporting ongoing retail projects from conception through to production and installation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain in‑house branded materials, including pitch decks, printed collateral, showroom branding, and visual communications that represent the agency at its best.
- Support the Agency’s day‑to‑day graphic design needs, contributing to a consistent, polished visual output.
- Assist with the development and visualization of retail concepts, using SketchUp and similar tools.
- Help prepare and maintain spec packs, concept documents, and client‑facing presentations, ensuring design intent is clearly communicated and up to date.
- Support on retail projects, gaining exposure to the concept development, design and execution of creative retail projects.
- Qualifications in Graphic Design, Spatial design or similar fields.
- Strong proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Excellent understanding of layout, type, colour, and visual communication.
- Working knowledge of SketchUp (or similar CAD software).
- Ability to think confidently across 2D and 3D outputs, with an understanding of spatial flow.
- Proactive and independent problem‑solver with a willingness to learn and keep work moving forward.
- Adaptable and comfortable switching between a variety of tasks.
- Genuine interest in fashion, retail environments, and brand experiences.
- Curious and eager to develop new skills.
- Comfortable working within a small, collaborative, and constantly evolving agency.
