Arddun Agency is currently looking for a driven Assistant Merchandiser to be based in our central London offices.

The individual will play a key role supporting all reporting, analysis, and general admin duties of the Merchandising team.

How you will contribute

  • Support the Merchandising Team in collating information for seasonal analysis to inform future planning decisions and budget.
  • Provide input to define collection briefs and plans in line with the Merchandising Manager.

Support merchandising planning, updates, and following up with design and development.

Support the Merchandising Team with the review of monthly reporting for all international partners.

  • Overall support for Merchandising and wider Sales Teams during Market weeks.
  • Support wider Sales Teams to achieve targets based on seasonal forecasting.
  • Support Merchandising Team with all sell-in/-out analysis and Monthly performance reporting to help identify opportunities to maximise profits.
  • Support Merchandising Team with stock management and replenishment processes, ensuring timely deliveries & optimised stock levels.
  • General admin duties.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience within Collection Merchandising.
  • Excellent analytical and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the current market and consumer trends.
  • Excellent Excel and Power Point skills.
  • Driven with a general love of Fashion.
