ARDATEM is a subsidiary of the Gérard Perrier Industrie Group. ARDATEM operates in the energy sector, working on nuclear plants at various stages: studies, operation, and maintenance and also engages with industrial sites in the fuel cycle, thermal power plants, and research centers.
As part of the Hinkley Point C (HPC) nuclear project, you will join the Configuration Management team within Edvance/EPRe's Technical Direction. You will play a key role in managing and coordinating technical configuration activities, ensuring efficient implementation of the Design Change Process and contributing directly to the project's engineering performance.
The Contract Technical Engineering Lead (CEL) acts as the main technical interface between the Client and suppliers for electrical and cabling contracts (cables, lightning protection, cabinets). The role ensures technical compliance, risk control, and smooth contract execution in terms of scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary technical contact for the Client on all contract-related electrical topics
- Lead technical coordination with suppliers and support the Client throughout contract execution
- Review and coordinate supplier documentation in line with applicable technical standards
- Manage technical comments, clarifications, contract modifications, and impact assessments
- Oversee risks, opportunities, non-conformities, and interface management with design disciplines
- Coordinate inputs/outputs across engineering teams and qualification stakeholders
- Track equipment delivery milestones to site
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards (RCC-E, NFC 15-100, NF C 13-200, BS 7671, IEC 60909)
- Experience in electrical cabinets design, cabling specifications, and technical document reviews
- Proven background in complex projects involving multiple clients and suppliers
- Knowledge of cable products; experience in design, licensing, or equipment qualification is a strong asset
