What You'll Be Doing:
- Setting and managing annual service charge budget.
- Managing contractors, keeping quality and cost firmly on track.
- Acting as the go-to person for occupiers and clients – building genuine relationships, chairing tenant meetings, and resolving day-to-day issues before they become problems.
- Leading and developing a small on-site team, including performance, training and future succession.
- Keeping the building safe and compliant – health and safety.
