In this role, you’ll work closely with strategic accounts, support negotiations, and collaborate across multiple teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. If you’re ready to combine analytical thinking with relationship-building skills, this is your opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do
- This role serves as a key commercial interface between Key Account Management, Trading, Supply Chain, and Operations.
- Manage day-to-day commercial activities for assigned strategic accounts.
- Coordinate customer communication related to forecasts, allocations, and service levels.
- Consolidate and challenge customer forecasts.
- Track call-offs, volume flows, and allocation scenarios.
- Support Trading in evaluating volume shifts and scenario modelling.
- Prepare pricing, margin, and volume analyses.
- Provide reporting on customer performance and commercial risks.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Finance, Sustainability, and Technical teams.
- Lead cross-functional operational reviews.
- Monitor customer and market trends.
- Ensure seamless execution of commercial commitments for strategic accounts, drive accurate forecasting and allocation processes, and contribute to pricing, planning, and customer communication.
What We’re Looking for
- 4–6 years’ experience in Sales, Trading, Supply Chain, or Commercial roles.
- Understanding of forecasting, pricing, and supply chain constraints.
- Strong analytical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
