WAREHOUSE OPERATOR – BLACK SHIFT – RUGBY PLANT
4on 4off shift role
- 2 Days – 7am to 7pm
- 2 Nights – 7pm to 7am
14 days off every 5 shift rotations (holiday allowance included in shift pattern)
Plus 6 “rota days” per year.
EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE
ÂŁ46,319 inclusive of shift allowance plus annual bonus (subject to achievement of set KPIs)

Main Purpose of the Position
To support the day to day running of our busy Warehouse area. Moving finished goods to the correct location ready for delivery to our customers.
Supporting the Production process as and when business needs dictate
Key Responsibilities:
- High usage of Counterbalance FLT whilst complying all H & S Guidelines
- Ensuring integrity of product when dispatching to our customers
- Loading Bay – loading and unloading trailers
- Servicing Britvic through our tunnel operation – always maintaining excellent customer relations
- Clearing the production line of finished product as it is made
- Admin – dealing with drivers, delivery notes, pick lists, emails etc
- Ensuring scanning accuracy to enable stock systems to be always correct
- Dealing with Logistics and Transport queries and solving queries.
- Supporting other functions when required, this includes the Production / Operations. Training will be provided where appropriate
