This includes reporting, analysis, planning, and support of internal customers and product costing activities. Responsibilities Collaborate within and outside of AGP-E Finance and Sales Teams. Ensure strong link to production and operations reporting. Provide correct and timely analysis and reporting (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Participate in ad-hoc tasks as per business needs; act as key contact for European Sales Team. Support sales volume planning with regional Sales-Teams. Identify and implement process, system, and reporting improvements for cross-functional efficiency. Prioritize projects related to sales controlling and reporting. Participate in yearly product costing and analysis. Encourage innovative thinking and process improvements. Drive SAP best practices and standardization across locations. Ensure timely SOX-controls. Education & Training Master’s or University degree in finance, controlling, or similar. Experience Minimum 10 years experience, with at least 5 in manufacturing. Strategic planning, independent work, target-driven. Strong analytical and IT skills (SAP, BW, SAC, PowerBI, MS-Office). Excellent communication skills in Dutch, Danish, Swedish, Polish, German, and English. Flexible, organized, results-oriented, proactive.
