Overview
We currently have a vacancy for a QCLI reporting into the Shift Inspection Supervision. The successful applicant will be responsible for detecting container defects and sleeving quality on their production lines to ensure containers meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gauge and visually inspect glass bottles to ensure they meet the necessary specifications in accordance with company procedure
- Observe the performance of the department equipment, both directly and via internal systems
- Establish an effective communication flow between departments to resolve problems quickly and effectively
- Monitor production line performance and report any issues to supervision in a timely manner
- Monitor the quality of the sleeving function

- Salary Minimum Β£38,686 β Β£44,050 Maximum
- Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions
- Normal shift pattern is determined by the 5-crew shift rota, typically two 12-hour day shifts, two 12-hour night shifts, and a six-day rest period
- 21 shifts when working 5 crew 12-hour shift rota; holidays are built into the rota
