In onze fabriek in Oss produceren wij iedere dag ruim 8 miljoen blikjes voor diverse grote merken. Er werken ruim 350 enthousiaste collega’s waarvan het merendeel werkzaam is in een vijf ploegendienst. Wij zijn onderdeel van de Ardagh Group, een internationale organisatie die naast blikverpakkingen ook actief is in de glasindustrie.
Wij bieden je de kans om te starten als Leerling Operator (BBL Mechanisch Operator B). Tijdens deze opleiding leer je alles over het werken in de procesindustrie. Je wordt opgeleid tot een volwaardig Mechanisch operator volgens de erkende kwalificatie Mechanisch operator B. In onze fabriek zijn verschillende grote machines en installaties aanwezig. Tijdens de opleiding zullen we je meenemen in het hele proces. Je leert werken met technieken zoals: hydrauliek, pneumatiek, werktuigbouw, procestechniek en procesoptimalisatie. Verder leer je om machines af te stellen, om te bouwen en zelfstandig technische storingen op te lossen.
Naast het volgen van het praktijkgedeelte in een vijf ploegenrooster (2 ochtend, 2 middag, 2 nachtdiensten) volg je op één van je werkdagen klassikaal onderwijs bij het Koning Willem 1 College in Oss of ’s-Hertogenbosch. Op de werkvloer overleg je met collega’s, medestudenten en kun je altijd terecht bij een van onze gecertificeerde praktijkbegeleiders die jou graag helpen een goede technisch operator te worden.
Je bent onder andere bezig met:
- Het zorgen voor een veilige en opgeruimde werkplek;
- Het produceren van drankenbussen volgens de kwaliteitsnormen;
- Het uitvoeren van diverse kwaliteit en proces controles;
- Het oplossen van storingen en het doen van kleine reparaties;
- Het deelnemen aan de ploegoverdracht.
Om in aanmerking te kunnen komen:
- Heb je een VMBO of gelijkwaardige vooropleiding;
- Ben je gemotiveerd om te investeren in je toekomst;
- Spreek en schrijf je Nederlands;
- Kun je zowel in teamverband als zelfstandig werken.
