Team lead, internal analyst & project manager for HR solutions and the interoperability between the various HR IT systems within Ardagh Group. Collaborate with the HR functions, compliance and other stakeholders to ensure compliant IT operations of HR systems managed by the HR solution team. Support the HR function in the acquisition of new technology following AG enterprise and solution architecture principles and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Group IT operational manager and strategic partner for our functional business units and their process owners in terms of operational excellence, process enhancements, change requests and application support.
- Plan, prioritize & manage Group IT HR Solutions operations, project pipeline & budget.
- Lead Group IT HR Solutions team (~ two team members).
- Cooperate with other IT Services teams to integrate Business and Process functions into HR systems and ensure interoperability between multiple IT systems.
- Monitor, control & enhance sourced Application Support Services, Cloud Services, etc.
- Lead and assist projects of various sizes with internal and external team members.
Requirements:
- Business or Computer Science degree at University level (or equivalent).
- Profound knowledge of payroll, HRMS, and T&A solutions.
- Profound knowledge of IT security and data privacy regulations.
- Solid knowledge of HR processes in the manufacturing context.
- Solid knowledge of incident, problem, and change management.
- Project Management certification (PRINCE, IAPM, SCRUM etc.) is beneficial.
- ITIL Foundation certification is beneficial.
- Analytical and proactive team player with foresight, overview, self-initiative and willingness to learn.
- Confident self-starter with effective client-facing communication and rapport building skills to ensure results in a cross-functional and multi-stakeholder organization.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, pro-active in approaching business managers with updates, ideas or concerns on daily operations and projects.
- Taking ownership of the resolution of incidents and fulfilment of service requests.
- English business fluent (C1/C2 level); German or other European languages are beneficial.
