To train as a machine operator starting on days with prospects to moving onto a 5‑crew shift. You will receive a structured programme and a dedicated mentor with training in our Forming Department. You will also gain awareness in other areas, including Production Engineering, Mould Repair and with the Feeder Team.
Responsibilities
- Establish an effective communication flow between forming and inspection, verbally and via internal systems to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Monitor performance and report any issues to supervision in a timely manner.
- Identify mechanical malfunctions and rectify where possible.
- Filling in on shifts where required to maintain optimal performance.
