The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

To train as a machine operator starting on days with prospects to moving onto a 5-crew shift. You will receive a structured programme and a dedicated mentor with training in our Forming Department. You will also gain awareness in other areas, including Production Engineering, Mould Repair and with the Feeder Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish an effective communication flow between forming and inspection, verbally and via internal systems to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Monitor performance and report any issues to supervision in a timely manner.
  • Identify mechanical malfunctions and rectify where possible.
  • Filling in on shifts where required to maintain optimal performance.
