- Comply with Company Health and Safety Procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Prepare cold end electrical equipment for the next job change to ensure it meets specifications
- Participate in job changes, setting up and adjusting cold end equipment for efficiency
- Modify and adjust cold end equipment to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime
- Communicate effectively with team members
- Maintain housekeeping in accordance with Company Hygiene Rules
