Carry out set up, repair and maintenance on equipment and contribute to efficient job changes throughout the Brand Enhancement Department.
Responsibilities:
- Comply with Company Health and Safety Procedures in order to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and those around you.
- Carry out housekeeping as required in accordance with Company Hygiene Rules.
- Identify faults with machines and make necessary adjustments for it to run correctly to maintain efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Take part in job changes, setting up and adjusting cold end equipment as necessary to maintain efficient operations during and after the job change.
- Modify and adjust cold end equipment as necessary to maintain efficient operations and minimise downtime.
- Communicate effectively with employees to maintain an effective well-informed team.
Required skills / qualifications:
- Gained a recognised mechanical/electrical engineering qualification/apprentice trained, or equivalent – essential.
- Experienced craftsman.
- Process familiarity with cold end work area and equipment.
- Inspection / Bottle transportation – Fault recognition skills & good problem-solving ability.
- Set up, Adjust, Repair, Dismantle/reassemble, Diagnose faults.

- Salary based on Grade 7 of the harmonised pay scales. Salary min £37,000 - £42,433 max. (inclusive of shift allowance).

- 3 Crew shift rota 12hr days/12hr nights.
