Responsibilities

  • Lead end‐to‐end IFS Cloud ERP implementations for clients across various industries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate and manage cross‐functional project teams, including consultants, developers, and client resources.
  • Monitor project progress using established methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile), manage risks, and proactively resolve issues to maintain momentum.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a strong partnership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure alignment between functional and technical workstreams within the IFS implementation.
  • Drive change management and support client adoption strategies to secure long‐term project success.
  • Contribute to Arcwide's internal knowledge base and mentor junior team members where needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing full‐cycle ERP implementations within a consultancy or systems integrator environment.
  • Strong background in project management, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects for mid‐to‐large organisations.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of an organisation.
  • Deep understanding of ERP processes.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Relevant project management certification is beneficial.
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites when required.
