What you can expect from the role:
- Deliver functional expertise within IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance (e.g. work orders, service contracts, scheduling, field service, etc.)
- Work closely with clients to understand service operations, gather requirements, and translate them into effective system solutions
- Configure and tailor IFS Service & Maintenance modules in line with business needs and best practices
- Support the full project lifecycle; from discovery and design through testing, training, and go‑live
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing recommendations to improve service processes and system usage
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure integration with areas such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Projects
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuously develop your expertise within IFS Service & Maintenance
- Support post‑go‑live optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience working with IFS Cloud Service & Maintenance, ideally in a consulting or implementation role
- Strong understanding of service operations, such as field service, asset management, maintenance planning, or service delivery processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and functional solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Willingness to travel based on project needs
