With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio. Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London. About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and confident Sous Chef to act as second in command within our kitchen operation. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the brigade, maintain exceptional food standards and support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the kitchen. What You’ll Be Doing: Assist with the day‑to‑day management of kitchen operations. Prepare, cook and present dishes to a consistently high standard. Supervise kitchen teams and support training and development. Ensure food safety, cleanliness and stock procedures are followed. Assist with menu preparation, ordering and cost control. Who You Are: Experienced in a professional kitchen environment as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie. A confident team player with strong organisational skills. Passionate about food quality, consistency and teamwork.
