About Us: This summer, we open the doors to our fully re‑imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar – this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.

About the Role: We’re looking for an elegant, guest‑focused FOH Host to welcome diners and help shape a smooth, enjoyable restaurant experience. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for relaxed yet elevated service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, managing both reservations and walk‑ins.
  • Escort guests to tables, present menus and support a well‑paced seating flow.
  • Oversee reservation systems, guest information and seating plans.
  • Coordinate closely with restaurant, bar and kitchen teams to keep service seamless.
  • Anticipate guest needs, manage special requests and support VIP experiences.
  • Maintain host stations, menus and guest areas to high presentation standards.
  • Support with setting up the dining room and assist during busy periods.

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in guest‑facing restaurant or hotel roles.
  • Strong communicator with CEFR B2 English.
  • Calm, organised and confident managing multiple tasks at once.
  • Bonus: experience with reservation systems, premium venues or food and drink knowledge.
