Role: FOH Runner – Arcus at The Imperial (New Opening Hotel)

40 hours (5 of 7 days weekly rota)

This summer, we open the doors to our fully re-imagined hotel, The Imperial – a new lifestyle offering within our portfolio. With 357 bedrooms, multiple dining venues, and a workout studio, Arcus is the new destination rooftop bar - this will be a new beacon, bang in the heart of Bloomsbury, London.
About the Role:
We’re seeking a fast-paced, detail-focused Front of House Runner to keep service flowing in our vibrant rooftop restaurant. You’ll play a key role in ensuring guests receive dishes and drinks exactly as intended.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run dishes and drinks promptly from pass and bar to tables with accuracy and care.
- Support servers during busy service, helping maintain strong momentum.
- Clear and reset tables, ensuring the dining space remains immaculate.
- Keep service stations stocked, organised and guest-ready.
- Assist with polishing glassware, cutlery and tableware.
- Uphold hygiene, safety and presentation standards.
Who You Are:
- Some hospitality experience with confidence handling plates and glassware.
- Strong communication skills and CEFR B2 English capability.
- Organised, attentive and comfortable in fast-paced service.
- Bonus: experience in lifestyle venues or strong food & drink trend awareness.
