About the Role
As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.
Responsibilities
- Plumbing
- Electrical PPMs
- Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
- Fabric maintenance
- Fault finding and general repairs
- Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services
We're looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.
Essential Requirements
- Plumbing experience
- Valid UK driving licence
- Proven experience in a similar M&E role
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of health & safety protocols
Desirable Qualifications
- 18th Edition qualification
- NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation
- F-Gas Certification
- IOSH Working Safely qualification
- Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience
Additional Information
- 40-hour working week (Monday-Friday)
- Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota
