Arcus FM are hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join our growing team, servicing a range of multi-site retail clients.

Competitive Salary – Up to £49,767 per annum (depending on experience)

Enhanced overtime rates for additional earnings – All overtime is paid as time and a half (Earn an average of £12,000 extra per year)

What you\’ll be doing:You\’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What we\’re looking for:Essential:

Valid UK driver\’s licence

Refrigeration engineering experience

F-Gas certification (C&G 2079)

Excellent communication and time management

A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness

Desirable:

CO2 Qualification

Supermarket refrigeration experience

Additional info:

The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday

On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
