We\’re recruiting for a Mobile M&E Engineer to join our dedicated Facilities Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an award-winning FM provider, delivering high-quality services across a portfolio of client sites.

About the Role:

As a Mobile M&E Engineer, you\’ll be the first point of contact for Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive works, and general building services across your allocated sites.

Responsibilities include:

  • Plumbing
  • Electrical PPMs
  • Emergency lighting and fire alarm testing
  • Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance
  • Fault finding and general repairs
  • Delivering autonomous and high-quality technical services

We\’re looking for someone who is proactive, self-sufficient, and confident working across both electrical and mechanical systems.

Essential Requirements:

  • Plumbing experience
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Proven experience in a similar M&E role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of health & safety protocols

Desirable Qualifications:

  • 18th Edition qualification
  • NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds 2365 in Electrical Installation
  • F-Gas Certification
  • IOSH Working Safely qualification
  • Basic plumbing and fabric maintenance experience

Additional Information:

  • 40-hour working week (Monday-Friday)
  • Participation in a 1-in-4 week call-out rota
